摘　　要：总结气管插管患者气管内分泌物与口腔生物膜之间的关系,气管插管患者口腔生物膜中最常见呼吸道病原体,尤其是发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者,需选择合理的口腔护理液及口腔频次等,本文综述改善患者的口腔护理以降低呼吸相关性肺炎发生率的研究进展。Endotracheal intubation patients with oral endotracheal secretion biofilm,the relationship between the patients with tracheal intubation of oral biofilm is one of the most common respiratory pathogens,especially in patients with Ventilator associated pneumonia,choose reasonable oral care solution and the research content,such as oral cavity frequency contrast to discuss the effect and advantage,to improve the patients'oral care in order to reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia.
