富马酸卢帕他定片治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨富马酸卢帕他定片治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取2019年11月到2020年6月在大连市皮肤病医院60例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组30例采取口服盐酸左西替利嗪分散片,观察组30例采取富马酸卢帕他定片治疗,比较两组患者治疗后1周、2周、3周的风团积分,以及两组的临床有效率及不良反应情况,包括口干、嗜睡、乏力等。结果观察组治疗后1周,2周以及3周风团积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。患者治疗后不良反应总发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后治疗临床有效率高于对照组(83.3%vs.50.0%,P<0.05)。结论对慢性特发性荨麻疹患者,采取富马酸卢帕他定片治疗的临床疗效显著,治疗安全性高,并发症低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lupatadine fumarate in the treatment of patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria from outpatient department of dalian dermatology hospital from November 2019 to June 2020 were included in this study.According to random number table method,they were divided into control and observation groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral left cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets,and the observation group was treated with fumaric acid Lou palmer him set piece.The following indexes were compared between two groups:wind mass score at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after treatment;the rate of adverse response(including dry mouth,drowsiness and weak);and the total clinical effective rate.Results The wind mass score at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after treatment in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The rate of adverse response in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(83.3%vs.50.0%,P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria,the clinical efficacy of fumarate lupatadine tablet is significant,the rate of complications is low,which has good treatment safety.
