摘 要:目的探讨在新生儿溶血病患儿输血前实施微柱凝胶技术的检验价值,确定更为准确的输血前检验方式。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月我院儿科收治的47例新生儿溶血病患儿为研究对象,分别实施微柱凝胶技术(MGT)和凝聚胺技术(MPT)主次侧交叉配血,对患儿血液标本的血型及交叉配血进行分析。结果MGT、试管法对血型正反定型的不符合率分别是2.13%、4.26%,结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。MGT交叉配血的不合格率低于MPT(2.13%vs.14.89%,P<0.05)。结论在新生儿溶血病患儿输血前实施微柱凝胶技术检验,可准确地判断患儿血型,有效发现交叉配血不合格情况,能更好保证输血安全性。Objective To analyze the value of microcolumn gel technique before transfusion in neonatal hemolytic disease.Methods A total of 47 newborn with hemolytic disease admitted to Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as subjects,and microcolumn gel technology(MGT)and coacylamine technology(MPT)were applied for primary and secondary side cross matching,to analyze the blood type and cross matching of blood samples of all newborn.Results The blood type discrepancy rate of MGT and test tube method was 2.13%and 4.26%,respectively,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The incompatible crossmatch rate of MGT was lower than that of MPT(2.13%vs.14.89%,P<0.05).Conclusions Microcolumn gel technique can be used to test the blood type of newborn children with hemolytic disease before blood transfusion,accurately determine the blood type and effectively detect the incompatible crossmatch,which can better ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
