摘　　要：目的神曲消食口服液联合肠道益生菌治疗小儿功能性便秘(function constipation,FC)的临床疗效。方法将70例功能性便秘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,观察组在口服双歧杆菌四联活菌基础上加服神曲消食口服液,疗程2周。结果观察组患儿总有效率94.29%,对照组总有效率65.71%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神曲消神食口服液联合肠道益生菌治疗小儿功能性便秘疗效良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid plus intestinal probiotics on the treatment of infantile function constipation.Methods Seventy cases of infantile function constipation were equally randomized into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with bifidobacteria quadruple live bacteria.Observation group on the basis of oral bifidobacterium quadrufecta live bacteria plus Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid,a course of 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group is 94.29%,Total effective rate of control group is 65.71%.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with intestinal probiotics has a good therapeutic effect on infants with functional constipation.
