中医针灸综合治疗颈椎病的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析中医针灸综合治疗颈椎病的改善效果。方法选取2019年4月至2022年1月期间厦门市第五医院收治的60例颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组30例采用常规中医治疗,观察组30例采用中医针灸综合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛缓解情况、炎性因子水平、VAS评分、活动功能、肢体运动功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、疼痛缓解优良率高于对照组,观察组三项炎性水平低于对照组,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,日常生活活动量表(Barthel指数)、肢体运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer评分)高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈椎病患者采用中医针灸综合治疗后可以明显改善患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛程度,减轻炎性反应,提高日常生活能力和肢体运动功能,利于病情的快速恢复。Objective To explore the improvement effect of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion on visual analogu scale of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Xiamen fifth hospital from April 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group received conventional Chinese medicine treatment,and 30 patientsin the observation group received comprehensive Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The therapeutic effect,pain relief,inflammatory factor level,visual analogu scale,activityfunction and limb motor function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and good and good rate of pain relief in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the three inflammatory levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the visual analogu scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score were higher than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve the degree of pain,reduce inflammatory response,improve the ability of daily life and limb movement function,which is conducive to the rapid recovery of the disease.
