针刺联合黄龙汤治疗老年气虚肠燥型便秘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析针刺联合黄龙汤治疗老年气虚肠燥型便秘的临床疗效。方法选取内蒙古自治区中医医院于2022年5月至2023年5月期间收治的78例老年气虚肠燥型便秘患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(39例,采用常规西药治疗)与观察组(39例,采用针刺联合黄龙汤治疗)。对两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果两组患者在采取相应治疗措施后均取得一定效果,但观察组在采用针刺联合黄龙汤治疗后,其中医证候积分、排便评分情况、炎性因子水平、胃肠激素水平、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年气虚肠燥型便秘治疗过程中,采用针刺联合黄龙汤治疗可有效改善其相关症状,促进其正常排便,减轻炎性反应,改善其胃肠激素水平,降低不良反应风险,从而提升其生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Huanglong decoction in the treatment of elderly qi deficiency and intestinal dryness type constipation.Methods 78 elderly patients with Qi deficiency and intestinal dryness type constipation admitted to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(39 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine)and an observation group(39 cases,treated with acupuncture combined with Huanglong decoction)according to the random number table method.Compare the treatment effects between the two groups.Results Both groups of patients achieved certain results after taking corresponding treatment measures,but the observation group showed better TCM syndrome scores,defecation scores,inflammatory factor levels,gastrointestinal hormone levels,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life scores than the control group after using acupuncture combined with Huanglong decoction treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of elderly qi deficiency and intestinal dryness type constipation,acupuncture combined with Huanglong decoction can effectively improve its related symptoms,promote normal defecation,reduce inflammatory reactions,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and thus improve its quality of life.
