优质护理对妊娠期高血压患者的护理效果及心理状态影响

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理对妊娠期高血压患者护理效果及心理状态的影响效果,为妊娠期高血压护理管理提供理论依据。方法纳入于2021年10月至2022年10月经南平市第一医院就诊的妊娠期高血压患者86例作为研究对象。根据计算机随机数字编号将患者分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例)。对照组采用常规护理干预方式,而观察组则采用优质护理干预方式。对比分析两组患者干预前后的护理效果、血压变化、心理状态变化。结果入组时,两组妊娠期高血压患者的舒张压、收缩压、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分对比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预4周后,观察组患者的护理有效率高于对照组(95.35%vs.81.40%,P=0.044),观察组患者舒张压水平与收缩压水平均低于对照组,SAS评分与SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论对于妊娠期高血压患者而言,通过优质化护理模式进行干预对提升整体护理下效果具有积极意义,可降低血压水平,纠正负性情绪,保持良好心态。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of quality nursing care on the nursing effect and psychological state of patients with gestational hypertension,and to provide a theoretical basis for the nursing management of gestational hypertension.Methods 86 cases of hypertensive patients in pregnancy who visited the First Hospital of Nanping City from October 2021 to October 2022 were included as study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=43)according to computerized random numbering.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group used quality nursing intervention.Comparison and analysis of nursing effect,blood pressure changes,psychological state changes before and after the intervention of the two groups of patients.Results At the time of enrollment,there was no statistically significant difference between the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of the two groups of patients with gestational hypertension(all P>0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention,the After 4 weeks of intervention,the nursing care efficiency of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower than that of the control group,and the SAS score and SDS score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions For patients with gestational hypertension,intervention through the quality nursing model has positive significance in enhancing the effect under the overall nursing care,which can reduce the blood pressure level,correct negative emotions and maintain a good state of mind.
