水中分娩镇痛疗法的研究进展

摘　　要：分娩疼痛是造成剖宫产率增高和母婴不良结局的重要原因之一,有效缓解分娩疼痛能促进良好的分娩结局,因此,无痛分娩已成为医师与孕妇关注的重点问题。无痛分娩方式主要包括非药物与药物分娩镇痛,椎管内镇痛效果确切,对母婴安全性高,是首选的分娩镇痛方式,但有镇痛药的局限性和副作用,因此,人们也在寻找最佳的非药物镇痛方法。水中分娩简便、有效、安全,是当下社会推行的一种体现人性化服务的非药物镇痛方式。为了更好地了解并掌握水中分娩的历史背景、使用方法、优缺点及其应用现状,本文对水中分娩进行了系统的总结,从而进一步促进对水中分娩的研究。Delivery pain is one of the important reasons for the increased cesarean section rate and adverse maternal and infant outcomes.Effective relief of delivery pain can promote good delivery outcomes.Therefore,painless delivery has become a key issue for doctors and pregnant women.The commonly used painless delivery methods include non-drug and drug delivery analgesia.Especially,intraspinal analgesia has a definite effect and is safe for mothers and infants,which is the preferred delivery analgesia method,while it has limitations and side effects of analgesics.Therefore,people are also looking for the best non-drug analgesia method.Due to its simpleness,effectiveness and safeness,water birthhas become a non-drug analgesia method that embodies humanized services and popularized currently.In order to better understand and master the historical background,methods of use,advantages and disadvantages,and application status of water birth,this paper systematically summarizes the water birth,thus further promoting the research of water birth.
