健康教育在特应性皮炎康复中的地位和作用

摘　　要：特应性皮炎是一种常见的慢性、炎症性皮肤病。该病反复发作,迁延难愈,为医学“顽症”之一。目前患者和家庭常因缺乏疾病相关知识和自身调理护理经验,过分偏重药物治疗,造成药物过度使用甚至滥用的现象,不但没有收到理想的效果,还带来诸多药物副作用,导致原有病情加重,甚至会诱发严重的红皮病,患者深受其苦。这不仅增加了患者的病痛和家庭经济负担,还造成医药资源的浪费。因此,针对此种现状,对特应性皮炎患者进行健康教育尤为必要。近年来医学界也越来越认识到健康教育对特应性皮炎康复的重要性。健康教育的目的不仅在于增长患者疾病知识,还在于转变患者的思想观念,改变以往重治疗轻调护的做法,把积极的生活调理作为疾病康复的重要手段,实践证明绝大多数患者在正确的医疗策略指导下会逐渐痊愈。健康教育对疾病康复、减轻家庭经济负担和节约社会资源都有重要的积极意义。Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic,inflammatory skin disease.The disease is recurrent,prolonged and difficult to cure,as one of the"intractable diseases"of medicine.At present,patients and families often due to the lack of disease-related knowledge and self-conditioning experience,too much emphasis on drug treatment,leading to drug abuse phenomenon,not only did not receive the ideal effect,but also brought many side effects,increase the pain of patients and family economic burden,resulting in the waste of medical resources.Therefore,health education for patients with atopic dermatitis is particularly necessary.The purpose of health education is not only to increase the disease knowledge of patients,but also to change the idea of patients,change the previous treatment light conditioning practice,the active life conditioning as an important means of disease rehabilitation.This has important positive significance for disease recovery,reducing family economic burden and saving social resources.
