摘 要:目的观察新型下肢功能锻炼带联合运动训练在前交叉韧带重建术(ACLR)术后康复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年8月赣州市人民医院收治的86例行ACLR患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规运动训练)和研究组(对照组的基础上接受新型下肢功能锻炼带),每组各43例。比较两组患者膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动度、膝关节肿胀度、膝关节疼痛程度、下肢肌力和满意度。结果研究组干预4周后膝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预4周后膝关节活动度大于对照组,膝关节肿胀度、膝关节疼痛程度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预4周后屈肌峰力矩(FPT)、伸肌峰力矩(EPT)以及膝关节屈/伸肌群峰力矩比值(H/Q)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型下肢功能锻炼带联合运动训练用于ACLR患者,可有效改善膝关节肿胀度、膝关节活动度、膝关节疼痛程度,恢复膝关节功能和下肢肌力。Objective To observe the effect of the new lower limb functional exercise belt combined with exercise training in the rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR).Methods A total of 86 patients with ACLR admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and research group,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine exercise training,while the patients in the research group received new lower limb functional exercise belt on the basis of the control group.The knee joint function score,knee joint range of motion,knee joint swelling,knee joint pain,lower limb muscle strength and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of knee joint function in the research group was higher than that in the control group after 4 weeks of intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of motion of knee joint in the research group was greater than that in the control group after 4 weeks of intervention,the swelling degree and pain degree of knee joint in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the flexor peak torque(FPT),extensor peak torque(EPT)and hamstring/quadriceps(H/Q)of knee joint flexors/extensors in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new lower limb functional exercise belt combined with exercise training can effectively improve knee joint swelling,knee joint mobility,knee joint pain,and restore knee joint function and lower limb muscle strength for patients with ACLR.
