喉咽清颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯片在急性化脓性扁桃体炎中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究喉咽清颗粒联合孢呋辛酯片在急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月淮安市洪泽区中医院肺病科收治的84例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。对照组患者采用头孢呋辛酯片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用喉咽清颗粒口服治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、中医证候积分、康复进程和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复进程早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喉咽清颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯片在急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者中治疗效果显著,利于减轻其炎症反应,改善临床症状,加快康复进程,且不良反应较少。Objective To explore the application effect of Houyanqing Granules combined with Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets in patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis admitted to the Department of Pulmonary Disease of Hongze District Huaian City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(42 cases)and an observation group(42 cases)using the random number table method.The control group patients were treated with Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Houyanqing Granules in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,rehabilitation progress,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-treatment interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the tranditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The rehabilitation process in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Houyanqing Granules and Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets has a significant therapeutic effect in patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis,which is beneficial for reducing inflammatory reactions,improving clinical symptoms,accelerating recovery process,and reducing adverse reactions.
