摘　　要：目的探讨自动乳腺全容积成像(ABVS)联合二维超声加阻力指数(RI)诊断早期乳腺恶性病变的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2021年12月的延边大学附属医院(延边医院)确诊的135例早期乳腺良、恶性病变的患者(共计178个病灶),患者均行手术或组织学穿刺,且采用ABVS、二维超声加RI诊断。以病理结果作为金标准,比较ABVS、二维超声加RI、联合诊断早期乳腺恶性病变的价值。结果ABVS、二维超声加RI、联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ABVS、二维超声加RI、联合诊断的准确度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中联合诊断的准确度最高。ABVS、二维超声加RI、联合诊断效能的两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.017)。结论ABVS与二维超声加RI诊断在早期乳腺恶性病变中的结果相近,联合诊断准确度高于单独ABVS和二维超声加RI诊断,在早期乳腺恶性病变中有更高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of automatic breast volume scanner(ABVS)combined with two-dimensional ultrasound add resistance index(RI)in diagnosing early malignant breast lesions.Methods A total of 135 patients with early benign and malignant breast lesions(178 lesions in total)diagnosed in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University(Yanbian Hospital)from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected.All patients were operated or histologically punctured,and were diagnosed by ABVS,two-dimensional ultrasound add RI.Taking pathological results as the"gold standard",to compare the value in diagnosing early malignant breast lesions of ABVS,two-dimensional ultrasound add RI,their combination.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the sensitivity and specificity of ABVS,two-dimensional ultrasound add RI and their combination(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the accuracy of ABVS,two-dimensional ultrasound add RI and their combination(P<0.05).Among them,the joint diagnosis had the highest accuracy.There were no statistically significant differences between the two comparisons of ABVS,two-dimensional ultrasound add RI and their combination(P>0.017).Conclusions The results in the diagnosis of early malignant breast lesions are similar among ABVS and two-dimensional ultrasound add RI.The joint diagnosis has higher accuracy than ABVS or two-dimensional ultrasound add RI,which clinical value is better in diagnosing early malignant breast lesions.
