摘 要:冠心病的发病率和死亡率逐年上升,严重危害国民健康,脂质代谢紊乱是主要危险因素。作为脂质家族一员的脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]近些年被证实为冠心病的独立危险因素,但尚未清楚Lp(a)如何促进冠心病的发生发展。本文主要综述Lp(a)结构、代谢、遗传并从募集炎症细胞、促进血栓形成、促进动脉粥样硬化等方面阐释Lp(a)对冠心病的作用机制。The morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease are increasing year by year,which seriously endangers the national health.Lipid metabolism disorder is the main risk factor.As a member of lipid family,Lipoprotein-a[Lp(a)]has been proved to be an independent risk factor of coronary heart disease in recent years,while it remains unclear how Lp(a)promotes the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.This article mainly reviews the structure,metabolism and genetics of Lp(a),and explains the mechanism of Lp(a)on coronary heart disease from the aspects of recruiting inflammatory cells,promoting thrombosis,and promoting atherosclerosis.
