摘 要:针对传统巷道立交方法缺点,运用矩形薄板理论对立交薄岩层分析,认为两巷道立交形成的薄岩层可看作四边简支矩形薄板,对此薄板进行四边固支加固,形成四边固支矩形薄板,可大大提高板的支撑能力和强度水平,据此提出一种四边固支板式加固薄岩层巷道立交技术,阐释了设计结构组成及工艺控制过程。通过对结构特点和力学机理分析论证了结构和机理的科学性和正确性,通过现场工程实践应用证实了适应性和有益效果。不仅解决了现场实际问题,克服了传统巷道立交缺点,而且把四边固支板理论应用到薄岩层加固领域,倡导一种新的薄岩层留没方法和围岩控制技术,建立了四边固支板式加固薄岩层力学模型,形成四边固支板式加固锚钢筋混凝土耦合巷道立交承载结构,实现了薄岩层留设和承载。Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional method of roadway overpass,based on the analysis of the thin rock stratum of the overpass using the rectangular thin plate theory,it is considered that the thin rock stratum formed by the roadway overpass can be regarded as the four-sided simply supported rectangular thin plate.The rectangular thin plate is reinforced on four sides to form a four-sided fixed rectangular thin plate,which can greatly improve the bearing capacity and the strength level of the plate.Then,a roadway overpass technology for thin rock stratum strengthened with four-sided fixed plate is proposed,and the composition of design structure and the process of construction control are explained.Scientificity and correctness of the structure and mechanism are demonstrated through the analysis of structural characteristics and mechanical mechanism,the adaptability and beneficial effect are proved by field engineering practice.It not only solves the practical problems in the field,and overcomes the shortcomings of traditional roadway overpass,but also applies the theory of four-side fixed plate to the field of thin rock stratum strengthening,to advocates a new kind of method of retaining thin rock stratum and technology of controlling surrounding rock.And the mechanical model of thin rock stratum strengthened with four-side fixed plate is established,forming the anchor steel concrete coupling roadway overpass bearing structure strengthened with four-side fixed plate,thus to realize the thin rock stratum retaining and bearing.
