摘 要:针对露天煤矿生产过程中,轮斗系统实际生产能力与有效能力往往存在较大偏差,进而影响矿山正常剥采进程的问题,指出了影响轮斗系统实际能力的各类因素,采用CRITIC法赋予各因素指标客观权重,将权重与TOPSIS决策矩阵相拟合,综合评价轮斗连续工艺系统实际生产能力,最终确定影响轮斗连续工艺系统实际能力的主要因素为矿山辅助工程,并客观地反映各个评价指标之间的相互关联。依托扎哈淖尔露天矿,构建了轮斗连续工艺系统实际生产能力评价体系。As there is often a significant deviation between the actual production capacity and effective capacity of the wheel bucket system in the production of open-pit coal mines,which affects the normal stripping process of the mine,various factors that affect the actual capacity of the wheel bucket system are pointed out.The CRITIC method is used to assign objective weights to each factor index,and the weights are fitted with the TOPSIS decision matrix to comprehensively evaluate the actual production capacity of the wheel bucket continuous process system.Finally,it is determined that the main factor affecting the actual capacity of the continuous wheel bucket process system is the mine auxiliary engineering,and the correlation between each evaluation index is objectively reflected.Based on the actual conditions in Zhahanaoer Open-pit Mine,the actual production capacity evaluation system of the continuous wheel bucket process system is constructed.
