摘 要:为了探索深埋复合煤柱工作面冲击地压防治技术,以葫芦素煤矿21201回采工作面为工程背景,研究了复合煤柱工作面形成前后的应力状态分布规律,提出了针对深埋复合煤柱工作面的联合卸压防冲技术措施,并进行了效果检验。研究结果表明:2-1煤开采后上覆坚硬顶板易在复合煤柱区域附近产生悬顶,受回采工作面超前支承压力和相邻采空区侧向支承压力的叠加影响,复合煤柱区域不但会造成高应力集中,而且易产生大量能量积聚。根据复合煤柱区域高应力集中的分析结果,设计了复合煤柱区域顶板预裂爆破和高应力煤体(柱)钻孔预卸压相结合的联合卸压技术措施。同时选取联合卸压前后21201工作面稳定回采期间的微震事件进行对比,联合卸压后微震日均频次和日均能量分别下降了71.7%、75.6%,10^(3)~10^(4) J以上微震事件明显减少且空间分布比较分散,说明设计的联合卸压技术措施效果显著,可有效降低复合煤柱工作面回采期间的冲击危险性。In order to explore the prevention and control technology of rockburst in deep buried composite coal pillar working face,taking the 21201 working face of Hulusu Coal Mine as the engineering background,the distribution of the stress state before and after the formation of the composite coal pillar working face was studied,and the combined measures were proposed,and the effect was tested based on the change law of microseismic events before and after the combined pressure relief and burst prevention measures.According to the analysis results,technical measures for joint pressure relief are designed.Affected by the superposition of the advance abutment pressure of the mining face and the lateral abutment pressure of the adjacent goaf,the composite coal pillar area will not only cause high stress concentration,but also lead to intensive energy accumulation.Based on the analysis of high stress concentration,a combined pressure relief technology measure was designed using pre-splitting blasting for the roof in the composite coal pillar area and pre-relieving drilling for high stress coal body(pillar).And the microseismic events during the stable mining period of 21201 working face before and after joint pressure relief were selected for comparison,which showed that,after the pressure relief,the daily average frequency and daily average energy of microseismic events decreased by 71.7%and 75.6%,respectively;and the microseismic events above 10^(3)~10^(4) J significantly reduced and their spatial distribution was relatively scattered,which indicates that the combined pressure relief measures taken was effective in reducing the rockburst risk during working face mining.
