摘 要:弛张筛可有效解决潮湿细粒煤炭深度筛分的问题,且筛面的弛张运动对潮湿细粒煤团的解聚具有重要的影响。为了深入研究潮湿细粒煤团在大挠度弹性碰撞过程中的解聚机理,基于离散元法中的Bonding Particle模型,建立了大挠度弹性筛面的运动学仿真模型;通过再开发后接触模型,实现粘结成团的等径细粒煤炭替换大颗粒煤炭;并对细粒煤团与大挠度弹性筛面的碰撞过程进行了仿真分析,探究了筛面振幅、频率以及细粒煤团与弹性筛面碰撞速度对细粒煤团解聚程度的影响规律。结果表明:细粒煤团的解聚程度随筛面振幅及频率的增加而增大,随着煤团与筛面碰撞速度的增加先增大后减小,且碰撞次数随频率的增加而增大。The deep screening of wet fine coal can be effectively solved by the flip-flow screen,and the motion of screen panel has important effects on the depolymerization of wet fine coal mass.In order to study the depolymerization mechanism of wet fine coal mass in the process of large deflection elastic collision.A kinematic simulation model of large deflection elastic screen panel is established based on Bonding Particle Model in discrete element method.Through the use of contact models after redevelopment,the large particle coal is replaced by the agglomerated equal diameter fine particle coal.The elastic collision between wet fine coal mass and large deflection screen panel is simulated and analyzed,and the influence of screen surface amplitude,frequency and collision velocity between fine coal mass and elastic screen surface on the depolymerization of fine coal mass is studied.Results show that the depolymerization degree of fine coal mass increases with the increase of the amplitude and frequency of the screen panel,and increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the collision velocity between the coal mass and the screen panel,and the number of collisions increases with the increase of the frequency.
