摘 要:以羟丙基淀粉和丙烯酰胺为原料,以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成羟丙基淀粉-丙烯酰胺聚合物(HPS-AM),并利用红外光谱、扫描电镜及热重分析对该聚合物进行了表征。考察了絮凝剂用量、搅拌强度、pH值等因素对煤泥水絮凝效果的影响,进行了HPS-AM与聚丙烯酰胺(分子量1200万、500万)和聚合铝的絮凝对比实验,研究结果表明,当HPS-AM用量为4 mL时,搅拌强度20 r/min,pH值为8时,沉降效果最好,煤泥水絮凝沉降后上清液浊度为24.69 NTU,絮体压缩率为99.90%;而且当药剂用量都为4 mL时,与PAM(1200)、PAM(500)、PAC相比,HPS-AM处理煤泥水得到的上清液浊度分别低83.81%,77.25%,80.07%,絮体压缩率高0.18%(较三者均值)。研究证明HPS-AM聚合物是一种优良的新型煤泥水絮凝剂。Hydroxypropyl starch copolymer(HPS-AM)was prepared using ceric ammonium nitrate as initiator,hydroxypropyl starch(HPS)and acrylamide(AM)as raw materials through aqueous solution polymerization.The structure and morphology of synthetic HPS was characterized by infrared spectrum,scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analysis.The effects of flocculant dosage,stirring strength and pH value on the flocculation effect of coal slime water were investigated,and the comparative experiments of HPS-AM with PAM(500),PAM(1200)and PAC were carried out,the results show that the settlement effect is the best when the dosage of HPS-AM is 4 mL,the stirring intensity is 20 r/min and the pH value is 8.After flocculation and sedimentation of coal slime water,the turbidity of supernatant is 24.69 NTU and the floc compression rate is 99.90%;and the turbidity of supernatant is 83.81%,77.25%and 80.07%lower than that of PAM(1200),PAM(500)and PAC,respectively,and the floc compression rate is 0.18%higher than that of PAM(1200),PAM(500)and PAC.It is proved that HPS-AM is an excellent new flocculant for coal slime water.
