摘　　要：引导高校毕业生赴基层就业是国家缓解大学生就业压力、解决基层人才匮乏问题与实现人才区域合理配置而实施的一项重要战略。2003年以来,为更好地贯彻落实基层就业政策,学者围绕价值逻辑、现实特征、参与意愿、影响因素、存在问题、推进策略等方面对大学生基层就业展开深入的研究。以习近平总书记关于大学生基层就业的重要论述为指导,未来需从历史梳理、理论建构、域外借鉴、质量评估四个层面加强研究,构建历史与现实相统一、理论与实践相结合、本土与域外相补充、评估与改进相促进的研究范式,以不断丰富基层就业理论研究成果,加快建设高质量基层就业指导服务体系。Grassroots employment is an important strategy implemented by the government to alleviate the employment pressure of college students,solve the problem of talent shortage at the grass-roots level and realize the rational allocation of talents in the region.Since 2003,in order to better implement grassroots employment policies and promote the effectiveness of grassroots employment work,the theoretical community has conducted in-depth research on college students' grassroots employment from the perspectives of value logic,practical characteristics,willingness to participate,influencing factors,existing problems,and promotion strategies.Guided by the important statement of the General Secretary Xi Jinping on the employment of college students at the grass-roots level,it is necessary to strengthen research in the future from the four aspects of historical carding,theoretical construction,extraterritorial reference,and quality evaluation,to build a research paradigm that integrates history and reality,combines theory and practice,complements local and extraterritorial,and promotes evaluation and improvement,to constantly enrich the theoretical research results of grass-roots employment,and accelerate the construction of high-quality grass-roots employment guidance service system.
