试模类器械清洗篮筐的研制与应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的研制试模类器械专用清洗篮筐并观察应用效果。方法设计通过根据试模类器械结构特点干燥效果的清洗篮筐,选取62套全膝关节置换器械中的试模类器械随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用自制清洗篮筐进行装载;对照组采用常规清洗篮筐进行装载,2组器械均按规范清洗流程进行机械清洗,使用目测法及ATP生物荧光法检测清洗、干燥情况,比较2组试模类器械摆放时间、试模类器械干燥时间、整套器械处理时间、工作人员满意度。结果结果显示2组器械清洗合格率差异无统计学意义,试验组干燥合格率高于对照组,分别为98.62%和79.26%。单人对试模类器械检查处理时间及整套器械检查时间均短于对照组,工作人员对试验组装载清洗方式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制的试模类器械清洗篮筐能保证器械的清洗质量,提高工作效率。Objective To develop a special cleaning basket according to the structural characteristics of trial mold instruments and to observe the application effect.Methods A cleaning basket was designed to improve the drying effect,and 62 sets of total knee replacement devices were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was loaded with self-designed cleaning baskets and control group was loaded with conventional cleaning baskets,then both groups were treated with standard cleaning process.The cleaning and drying effect were detected by visual inspection method and ATP biofluorescence method.Time of placement,drying and processing,and staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the cleaning qualification rate between the two groups,and the drying qualification rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,which was 98.62%and 79.26%,respectively.The processing time were shorter than those in the control group,and the staff's satisfaction with the loading and cleaning method in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-designed cleaning basket can ensure the cleaning quality of trial mold instruments and improve the work efficiency.
