摘　　要：目的了解西安市托幼机构消毒质量。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法选取50家托幼机构,于2019年9—11月对室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手和餐(饮)具等消毒质量进行基线监测,并将监测结果及指导意见反馈各托幼机构,2020年9—11月进行第2次监测,将2次监测消毒合格率进行比较。结果第2次监测,民办托幼机构消毒质量合格率高于基线监测结果(χ^(2)=5.230,P=0.035),工作人员手卫生合格率在不同性质托幼机构均高于基线监测(χ^(2)=11.153,P=0.001;χ^(2)=7.073,P=0.008)。结论西安市托幼机构总体消毒质量不高,第二次监测结果优于第一次,工作人员手卫生还需要进一步提高。Objective To know the disinfection quality of nursery institution.Methods Stratified random sampling was used to selected 50 nursery institution.In the September to the November 2019,the baseline monitoring were carried,and the monitoring results and guidance were feedback to nurseries.In the September to the November 2020,the secondary monitoring were carried,and two monitoring results were compared.Results After monitoring and evaluation,there was a significant difference in the qualification rates of private nurseries before and after monitoring and evaluation(χ^(2)=5.230,P=0.035).The qualified rates of staff hand hygiene before and after monitoring and evaluation were statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.153,P=0.001,χ^(2)=7.073,P=0.008).Conclusion The overall disinfecting quality of Xi'an nursery institutions is not high.The secondary monitoring results are better than that of the first,the quality of staff hand hygiene needs to be further improved.
