摘 要:目的探讨常规超声及超声造影在鉴别腮腺良恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析100例经病理证实的腮腺良恶性肿瘤,记录患者的一般情况及超声图像特征,比较良恶性组之间的差异。结果形态不规则、边界不清楚、造影剂快进、增强后边界不清、增强环缺失或不规则、增强范围扩大在良恶性组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规超声的基础上结合超声造影能够提高诊断效能,对良恶性腮腺肿瘤的鉴别有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant parotid gland tumors.Methods A total of 100cases of benign and malignant parotid gland tumors confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.The demographic and ultrasonic characteristics of the patients were recorded,and the differences between the benign and malignant groups were compared.Results The differences of irregular shape,unclear boundary,fast forward of contrast agent,unclear boundary after enhancement,missing or irregular enhancement ring,and extended enhancement range between the benign and the malignant groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with conventional ultrasound can improve the diagnostic efficiency and shows certain value for differential identification.
