摘 要:目的研究使用麦氏浊度仪对液基细胞学制片进行数字标准定量转化,检验是否可以标准化制片细胞数。方法选取细胞液基样本360份,分别设立批内实验组、批内对照组、批间实验组、批间对照组、室间实验组、室间对照组,每组60份,实验组使用麦氏浊度仪进行定量液基制片,对照组按传统方式进行液基制片。结果目的细胞量精密度分析批内实验组-批间对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),四分位数间距批内实验组<批内对照组;批内实验组-批间实验组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),四分位数间距批间实验组<批间对照组;批内实验组-室间实验组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),批内对照组-室间对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);覆盖率实验组3组均为0.0%,对照组总覆盖率分别为10.0%、13.3%和3.3%。结论基于麦氏浊度仪对细胞悬液进行数字化调整可以实现液基标准化定量制片,提高实验的精密度和减少细胞重叠情况。Objective This paper aims to study the digital standard quantitative transformation of liquid-based cytological sections by McDonald turbidimeter,and to test whether the number of cells can be standardized.Methods A total of 360 cases of cell liquid-based samples were selected,and an intra-batch experimental group,an intra-batch control group,an inter-batch experimental group,an inter-batch control group,an inter-compartment experimental group,and an inter-compartment control group were set up respectively,with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was used for liquid-based quantitative production by McDonald turbidimeter,while the control group was used for liquid-based production by traditional means.Results There was statistical significance on the difference in cell quantity precision between intra-batch experimental group and inter-batch control group(P<0.05).Interquartile spacing shows intra-batch experimental group was less than intra-batch control group,and there was no statistical significance on the difference between the intra-experimental group and inter-experimental group(P>0.05).The interquartile spacing shows inter-experimental group was less than inter-group control,and there was no statistical significance on the difference between the intra-batch experimental group and the inter-laboratory control group(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance on the difference between the intra-batch control group and the inter-laboratory control group(P<0.05).The coverage of the experimental group was 0.0%,and the total coverage of the control group was 10.0%,13.3% and 3.3%,respectively.Conclusion The digital adjustment of cell suspension based on McDonald turbidimeter can achieve the quantitative preparation of liquid base standardization,improve the precision of the experiment and reduce the overlap of cells.
