冠心病患者动态心电图ST段变化与心律失常、心肌缺血的关系分析

摘　　要：目的分析冠心病患者动态心电图ST段变化与心律失常、心肌缺血之间的关系。方法对所有在2020年1月1日—2022年6月1日到本院进行冠心病治疗的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者实施常规心电图的检测,观察组进行24 h动态心电图检测并分别记录结果进行分析。结果除房性早搏和室性早搏中的早期发现的检出率以外,其他的心律异常在2种检测中检出率之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2种心肌缺血的总检出率(85.71%)高于对照组(59.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图的ST段变化与冠心病患者的心律失常及心肌缺血具有一定的相关性,可将其作为检测冠心病的重要工具。Objective This paper aims to analyze the relationship between ST segment changes of dynamic electrocardiogram and arrhythmia,myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods All patients admitted to our hospital for coronary heart disease from January 1,2020 to June 1,2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group underwent routine electrocardiogram detection,and the observation group underwent 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram detection and recorded the results respectively for analysis.Results Except for the early detection rate of atrial premature beat and ventricular premature beat,there was statistical significance on the differences in the detection rates of other arrhythmias between the two tests(P<0.05).The total detection rate of two kinds of myocardial ischemia in the observation group(85.71%)was higher than that in the control group(59.52%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ST segment changes of dynamic electrocardiogram are related to arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease,which can be used as an important tool to detect coronary heart disease.
