经脐单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术与传统开放式疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比分析经脐单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术与传统开放式疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的80例腹股沟斜疝患儿,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用传统开放式疝囊高位结扎术治疗,观察组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗。比较两组的手术相关指标及并发症情况。结果观察组术中出血量低于对照组,切口长度、手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的37.50%(P<0.05)。结论与传统开放式疝囊高位结扎术相比,经脐单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术创伤更小,并发症发生率更低,患儿术后恢复更快。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac and traditional open high ligation of hernia sac in the treatment of children with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods 80 children with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open high ligation of hernia sac,and the observation group was treated with transumbilical single-port laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac.The operation related indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the incision length,operation time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 37.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional open high ligation of hernia sac,transumbilical single-port laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in the treatment of children with indirect inguinal hernia has less operation trauma,lower incidence of complications,and faster postoperative recovery.
