平肝安神汤对中青年高血压病患者临床疗效及血管紧张素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨平肝安神汤对中青年高血压病患者临床疗效及血管紧张素的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2022年8月我院收治的94例中青年高血压病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用平肝安神汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、肾素、醛固酮(ALD)水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组DBP、SBP、血清AngⅡ、肾素、ALD水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平肝安神汤能够明显提高中青年高血压病患者的临床疗效,降低血管紧张素水平。Objective To explore the impact of Pinggan Anshen Soup on clinical efficacy and angiotensin of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.Methods 94 young and middle-aged patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected and radnomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan,while the observation group was treated with Pinggan Anshen Soup on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),serum angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),renin,and aldosterone(ALD)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the DBP,SBP,serum AngⅡ,renin and ALD levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pinggan Anshen Soup can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce angiotensin level in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.
