摘　　要：目的观察金纳多注射液联合巴曲酶注射液治疗突发性耳聋患者的效果。方法选取2021年2月至2023年2月我院收治的82例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采用静脉滴注地塞米松和巴曲酶注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用金纳多注射液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血流动力学、听力功能。结果观察组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血浆黏度(PV)、全血黏度(WBV)、血细胞比容(HCT)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组纯音气导听阈值、听力功能缺损分贝数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金纳多注射液联合巴曲酶注射液治疗突发性耳聋患者的效果显著,可明显改善患者得血流动力学和听力功能。Objective To observe the effect of Ginaton injection combined with batroxobin injection in the treatment of patients with sudden deafness.Methods 82 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).The control group was treated with intravenous dexamethasone and batroxobin injection,while the observation group was treated with Ginaton injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamics and hearing function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,higher than 78.05%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity(PV),whole blood viscosity(WBV),and hematocrit(HCT)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pure tone air conduction hearing threshold and hearing impairment decibels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ginaton injection combined with batroxobin injection has significant effect in the treatment of patients with sudden deafness,which can significantly improve patients'hemodynamics and hearing function.
