延续性护理干预对稳定期精神分裂症患者自我效能感及治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理干预对稳定期精神分裂患者自我效能感及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的80例稳定期精神分裂患者,根据护理干预方式不同分为对照组(n=39)和研究组(n=41)。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理干预。比较两组患者的自我效能感及治疗依从性。结果干预后,两组GSES评分均高于干预前,且研究组GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组治疗依从性为95.12%,高于对照组的74.36%(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预可明显提高稳定期精神分裂患者的自我效能感和治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing intervention on self-efficacy and treatment compliance of patients with stable schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with stable schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=39)and study group(n=41)according to different nursing intervention methods.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the GSES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment compliance of the study group was 95.12%,higher than 74.36%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention can significantly improve the self-efficacy and treatment compliance of patients with stable schizophrenia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
