摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决护理模式对成年癫痫患者疾病康复及心理状态的影响。方法将103例成年癫痫患者随机分为对照组(52例)和观察组(51例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用聚焦解决护理模式,比较两组的康复效果、心理状态及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组癫痫发作次数少于对照组,每次发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决护理模式能够有效降低成年癫痫患者的发作次数及持续时间,缓解其不良情绪,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of focused solution care model on disease recovery and psychological state of adult epilepsy patients.Methods 103 adult epilepsy patients were randomly divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=51).The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group used focused solution care model.The recovery effect,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the seizure frequency of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the duration of each seizure was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Focused solution care model can effectively reduce the seizure frequency and duration of adult epilepsy patients,relieve the adverse emotions and improve the quality of life.
