摘　　要：目的探讨零缺陷护理模式在甲状腺切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月本院收治的70例接受甲状腺切除术治疗患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用零缺陷护理模式。比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、并发症及满意度。结果观察组手术时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.57%,低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。观察组整体满意度、沟通能力、专业技能、护理操作、护理态度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论零缺陷护理模式可缩短甲状腺切除术患者手术时间,促进患者恢复,减少并发症发生,提高满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of zero defect nursing model for patients with thyroidectomy.Methods 70 patients with thyroidectomy in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received zero defect nursing.The operation time,hospitalization time,complications and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.57%,lower than 28.57%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of overall satisfaction,communication ability,professional skills,nursing operation and nursing attitude of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Zero defect nursing model can shorten the treatment time of patients with thyroidectomy,promote the recovery,reduce the complications,and improve the satisfaction degree.
