腹腔镜术后温通法中药封包联合康复护理对腹胀腹痛的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温通法中药封包联合康复护理对腹腔镜术后腹胀腹痛的影响。方法选择2022年1月至2022年7月我院收治的腹腔镜术后腹胀腹痛患者68例,随机分为两组各34例。对照组采用康复护理,观察组在此基础上采用温通法中药封包。两组均持续护理3 d。比较两组的术后首次排气时间、腹胀程度、腹痛程度。结果观察组术后首次排气时间短于对照组,腹胀程度优于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温通法中药封包联合康复护理能够有效缩短腹腔镜术后患者首次排气时间,缓解腹胀、腹痛症状。Objective To explore the impact of Wentong traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with rehabilitation nursing on abdominal distension and pain after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 68 patients with abdominal distension and pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received Wentong traditional Chinese medicine packaging on this basis.Both groups was given continuous nursing for 3 days.The postoperative first exhaust time,the abdominal distension and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative first exhaust time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the abdominal distension degree was better than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Wentong traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively shorten the first exhaust time of patients after laparoscopic laparoscopy,and relieve the abdominal distension and pain.
