冥想放松减痛法配合活跃期自由体位待产在自然分娩初产妇中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨冥想放松减痛法配合活跃期自由体位待产在自然分娩初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取我院160例自然分娩初产妇随机分为观察组(n=80)与对照组(n=80)。对照组采用常规分娩护理,观察组在对照组基础上行冥想放松减痛法配合活跃期自由体位待产。比较两组的分娩疼痛情况、产程时间及会阴裂伤程度。结果观察组宫口开至8 cm时的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第一、第二产程时间及总产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组会阴裂伤程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冥想放松减痛法配合活跃期自由体位待产可明显减轻自然分娩初产妇分娩疼痛及会阴裂伤程度,缩短其产程时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of meditation relaxation and pain relief method combined with active-period free position for natural delivery primiparas.Methods 160 natural delivery primiparas admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).The control group was given routine delivery nursing,while the observation group was given meditation relaxation and pain relief method combined with active-period free position on the basis of the control group.The labor pain,labor time and perineal laceration degree of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS score when the cervix opened to 8 cm of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor,and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The perineal laceration degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Meditation relaxation and pain relief method combined with active-period free position can significantly reduce the pain and perineal laceration degree in natural delivery primiparas,and shorten the labor time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
