急诊专业医护人员一体化管理对急性心肌梗死患者救治效果及应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊专业医护人员一体化管理在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者救治中的应用效果。方法选取我院2020年3月至2022年3月收治的94例AMI患者,随机分为研究组(n=47)和常规组(n=47)。常规组采用常规护理,研究组采用急诊专业医护人员一体化管理,比较两组的抢救效率、救治效果、应激反应。结果研究组分诊时间、静脉采血时间、心电图、急诊抢救时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组心率、平均动脉压低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组院内复发率、不良心血管事件发生率分别为2.13%、2.13%,低于常规组的16.28%、18.60%(P<0.05)。结论急诊专业医护人员一体化管理可提升AMI患者的抢救效率,改善救治效果,减轻患者的应激反应。Objective To explore the application effect of integrated management of emergency professional medical staff in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 94 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=47)and routine group(n=47).The routine group received routine nursing,and the study group received integrated management of emergency professional medical staff.The rescue efficiency,treatment effect and stress response were compared between the two groups.Results The time of triage,venous blood collection,electrocardiogram,and emergency rescue in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the study group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The in-hospital recurrence rate and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the study group were 2.13%and 2.13%,respectively,lower than 16.28%and 18.60%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated management of emergency professional medical staff can improve the rescue efficiency of acute myocardial infarction and treatment effect,and reduce the stress response.
