摘　　要：目的:分析止痒方联合肛门皮下组织亚甲蓝皮下注射神经阻滞术治疗肛门瘙痒症的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月安顺市人民医院收治的肛门瘙痒症患者140例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各70例。对照组采用金玄痔科熏洗散治疗,研究组采用止痒方联合肛门皮下组织亚甲蓝注射神经阻滞术治疗。比较两组患者临床症状评分、治疗总有效率、复发情况。结果:治疗1周、2个月后,研究组肛门瘙痒、肛门潮湿、肛门疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041);治疗后1、3、6个月,研究组复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛门瘙痒症患者应用止痒方联合肛门皮下组织亚甲蓝注射神经阻滞术治疗的效果显著,有利于缓解临床症状,降低复发率。Objective:To analyze the effect of anti-itching formula combined with methylene blue subcutaneous injection nerve block of anal subcutaneous tissue in the treatment of anal pruritus.Methods:One hundred and forty patients with anal pruritus admitted to Anshun People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of seventy cases.The control group was treated with Jinxuan hemorrhoidal fumigation powder,and the study group was treated with anti-itching formula combined with methylene blue injection of anal subcutaneous tissue nerve block.The clinical symptom scores,total effective rate of treatment,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 week and 2 months of treatment,the scores of anal itching,anal wetness and anal pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041);At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of anti-itching formula combined with anal subcutaneous tissue methylene blue injection nerve block in patients with anal pruritis has significant effect,which is conducive to relieving clinical symptoms and reducing the recurrence rate.
