肩部推拿联合肩胛上神经阻滞治疗肩周炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究应用肩部推拿联合肩胛上神经阻滞治疗肩周炎的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月北京积水潭医院贵州医院收治的肩周炎患者88例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组应用肩胛上神经阻滞治疗,研究组应用肩部推拿联合肩胛上神经阻滞治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肩部功能评分、疼痛评分、满意度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);治疗后,研究组肩部功能评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。结论:肩部推拿联合肩胛上神经阻滞治疗肩周炎效果显著,可改善肩关节功能,疼痛改善明显,满意度高。Objective:To investigate the effect of applying shoulder tuina combined with suprascapular nerve block in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with frozen shoulder admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of forty-four cases.The control group was treated with suprascapular nerve block,and the study group was treated with shoulder tuina combined with suprascapular nerve block.The clinical efficacy,shoulder function score,pain score,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);After treatment,the shoulder function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).Conclusion:Shoulder tuina combined with suprascapular nerve block is effective in the treatment of frozen shoulder,which can improve the shoulder joint function,pain improvement is obvious and satisfaction is high.
