摘　　要：目的:分析胆道闭锁患儿葛西术后开展优质护理干预的效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月于深圳市儿童医院普外科接受葛西手术治疗的胆道闭锁患儿100例,按抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组患儿予以优质护理干预,对照组患儿予以常规护理干预。比较两组患儿护理质量、术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组环境护理、服务态度、生理护理及心理护理评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:葛西术后的胆道闭锁患儿接受优质护理干预后,临床护理质量得到一定改善,术后并发症得到有效控制,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of quality nursing intervention after Kasai surgery in children with biliary atresia.Methods:One hundred cases of children with biliary atresia who underwent Kasai surgery at the Department of General Surgery of Shenzhen Children's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the lottery method,with fifty cases in each group.The children in the observation group were given quality nursing interventions,and the children in the control group were given routine nursing interventions.The quality of care and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of environmental care,service attitude,physiological care and psychological care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:After the children with biliary atresia after Kasai surgery received quality nursing intervention,the quality of clinical care was improved to a certain extent,and the postoperative complications were effectively controlled,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
