摘　　要：目的:探讨修正休克指数(MSI)的分诊护理对急诊创伤患者的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月成都市第六人民医院急诊科收治的急诊患者150例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各75例。对照组采取常规急诊分诊护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取MSI进行病情评估及分诊护理。比较两组救治成功率、分诊错误率、分诊时间、短期病死率、致残率。结果:观察组救治成功率高于对照组,分诊错误率低于对照组,分诊时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组短期病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组短期致残率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSI的分诊护理对急诊创伤患者的临床应用效果显著,有利于缩短分诊时间,降低分诊错误率,提高救治成功效率,致残率较低。Objective:To investigate the effect of triage care with modified shock index(MSI)on emergency trauma patients.Methods:One hundred and fifty emergency patients admitted to the emergency department of Chengdu Sixth People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into an observation group and a control group of seventy-five cases each by the method of randomized numerical table.The control group adopted conventional emergency triage care,and the observation group adopted MSI for condition assessment and triage care on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of successful treatment rate,triage error rate,triage time,short-term morbidity and mortality rate,and disability rate.Results:The successful treatment rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the triage error rate was lower than that of the control group,and the triage time was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of the short-term morbidity and mortality rates of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The short-term disability rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The triage care of MSI has significant clinical application for emergency trauma patients,which is conducive to shortening the triage time,reducing the triage error rate,improving the efficiency of successful treatment,and lowering the disability rate.
