针对性护理在食管癌手术患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性护理在食管癌手术患者护理中的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于中国人民解放军西部战区总医院行手术治疗的食管癌患者50例为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以针对性护理。比较两组术后并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041);护理后,观察组躯体功能、活力、躯体疼痛、心理健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005);观察组血清清蛋白、血清前白蛋白、转铁蛋白及血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在食管癌手术患者护理中,针对性护理的应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing in the care of patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery.Methods:Fifty cases of esophageal cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment at the General Hospital of the Western Theater Command PLA from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for observation and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,twenty-five cases each.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given targeted nursing care.Postoperative complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041);After nursing,the observation group's scores of somatic function,vigor,somatic pain,and mental health were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005);The levels of serum albumin,serum prealbumin,transferrin and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of targeted nursing is high in the care of esophageal cancer surgery patients.
