摘 要:目的通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿铅的影响因素,优化实验条件,解决在原子吸收光谱仪上石墨炉法测定尿铅准确度的干扰问题。方法通过优化石墨炉升温程序,使用氯化钯和曲拉通双基体改进剂直接进样测定尿铅,用5%硝酸和无水乙醇擦洗石墨锥。结果方法的精密度、准确度、回收率试验与标准物质测定都符合要求,在0μg/L~80μg/L内线性关系良好,回归方程:y=0.001844 x+0.0000143,相关系数r=0.99996,方法检出限为0.64μg/L,回收率在98%~105%,精密度为0.67%~1.67%。用该法测定标准物质GBW 09104f[(101±11)μg/L]、GBW 09105f[(305±28)μg/L]相对误差分别为0.54%、1.27%。结论增加曲拉通为基体改进剂,解决进样量准确度,实验后对石墨锥进行清洁,减少石墨管两端电阻,提高了实验方法的精密度和准确度以及石墨管的寿命。本方法适用于PinAAcle 900H原子吸收光谱仪上尿铅样品分析。Objective This paper aims to optimize the experimental conditions by analyzing the influencing factors for the determination of lead in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and to solve the accuracy interference of graphite furnace determination of urinary lead on atomic absorption spectrometer.Methods By optimizing the heating procedure of graphite furnace,palladium chloride and triton double-matrix modifier were used to directly inject samples for the determination of urinary lead,the graphite cone was scrubbed with 5%nitric acid and anhydrous ethanol.Results The precision,accuracy,recovery test and standard substances all meet the requirements,and the linear range was good within 0μg/L-80μg/L,the regression equation is:y=0.001844x+0.0000143,the correlation coefficient(r)is 0.99996,and the detection limit of the method is 0.64μg/L,the recovery is within 98%-105%,and the precision is within 0.67%-1.67%.The relative errors of standard substances GBW 09104f[(101±11)μg/L]and GBW 09105f[(305±28)μg/L]were 0.54%and 1.27%.Conclusion Triton is added as a matrix modifier to solve the accuracy of the injection volume.After the experiment,the graphite cone is cleaned to reduce the resistance at both ends of the graphite tube,which improves the precision and accuracy of the experimental method and the span of the graphite tube.This method is applicable to the analysis of urine lead samples on PinAAcle 900H atomic absorption spectrometer.
