摘 要:目的探讨气相色谱法(gas chromatography,GC)与离子色谱法(ion chromatography,IC)检测饮用水中二氯乙酸(dichloroacetic acid,DCAA)和三氯乙酸(trichloroacetic acid,TCAA)的一致性。方法对灵敏度、精密度、准确度等指标作比对,并对水样测定结果进行统计学分析。结果2种方法均能较好地对饮用水中的二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸进行定性和定量分析,测定结果差异无统计学意义,其中离子色谱法前处理简单,但检测限较高,不利于检测低浓度的二氯乙酸及三氯乙酸,气相色谱法检测限虽较低,但前处理繁琐。可根据水样中2种氯乙酸含量高低,选择合适的检测方法运用至日常检测工作中。结论离子色谱法前处理简单,在日常监测水样的工作中,样品为较洁净的市政末梢水,并且样本量较大,建议使用离子色谱法检测水体中的二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸,并建议将离子色谱法作为《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750—2006)中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸检测方法的补充方法。Objective This paper aims to discuss the consistency of gas chromatography(GC)and ion chromatography(IC)in detecting dichloroacetic acid(DCAA)and trichloroacetic acid(TCAA)in drinking water.Methods The sensitivity,precision,accuracy and other indicators of water samples were compared,and statistical analysis was performed on the determination results.Results Both methods can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water,and there is no significant difference in the determination results.The pretreatment of ion chromatography method is simple,but the detection limit is high,which is not conducive to detect the lower concentration of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water.The detection limit of gas chromatography is low,but the pretreatment is complex.According to the contents of two kinds of chloroacetic acid in water sample,appropriate detection methods can be selected and applied to daily detection.Conclusion The pretreatment of ion chromatography is simple.In the daily monitoring of water samples,the samples are relatively clean municipal peripheral water,and the sample capacity is large.It is recommended to use ion chromatography to detect dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in water,and it is recommended to use ion chromatography as a supplementary method for the detection of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in the Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water(GB/T 5750-2006).
