2017年—2022年江西省县级尿碘质控考核结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解江西省县级尿碘质控考核结果情况,评价其检测能力,为碘缺乏病(IDD)的防治和监测提供可靠的技术支持。方法按照砷铈催化分光光度法(WS/T 107.1-2016)检测考核样尿碘含量,并对高、低浓度的尿碘质控样品进行测定;采用Origin 2019软件对数据进行分析,制作Z比分值柱状图,根据Z比分值进行结果评定,计算每年参加考核的实验室合格率。结果2017年—2022年江西省县级尿碘质控考核结果合格率分别为96.97%(32/33)、96%(96/100)、84.75%(50/59)、90.20%(46/51)、97.98%(97/99)和98%(98/100)。6年来参加考核的绝大部分实验室检测结果│Z│<2,个别实验室的检测结果│Z│>3。结论江西省县级尿碘质控考核结果总体较为满意,绝大部分实验室能力稳定、结果可靠,除2019年外,整体检测水平有逐年提高的趋势,尿碘检测能力基本保持较高水平,为IDD的防治和监测提供了可靠的实验室质量保障。建议个别实验室加强内部质量控制管理能力,进一步提高检测能力。Objective This paper aims to understand the results of urine iodine quality control test at county-level in Jiangxi Province and evaluate its detection ability,so as to provide reliable technical support for the prevention and monitoring of iodine deficiency disease(IDD).Methods The urinary iodine content of the assessment samples was measured according to the arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometric method(WS/T 107.1-2016),and the urinary iodine quality control samples with high and low concentrations were determined;Origin 2019 software was used to analyze the data,and Z-score histogram was used to evaluate the results according to the Z-score.The pass rate of laboratories participating in the assessment every year was calculated.Results From 2019 to 2022,the qualified rates of quality control of county-level urine iodine laboratories in Jiangxi province were 96.97%(32/33),96.00%(96/100),84.75%(50/59),90.20%(46/51),97.98%(97/99),and 98.00%(98/100),respectively.The│Z│scores of most laboratories in the past six years were less than 2,and individual laboratory had the results of│Z│greater than 3.Conclusion The results of external quality control of county-level urine iodine laboratories in Jiangxi province were generally satisfactory,with stable capacity and reliable results,and the overall detection quality increased year by year,and the urinary iodine testing capacity basically maintained a high level,and can provide reliable laboratory quality assurance for IDD prevention and monitoring except in 2019.It is suggested that some laboratories should strengthen their internal quality control management ability and further improve their testing ability.
