摘 要:知识服务既是图书馆的核心能力,也是出版社数字化转型的关键。作为知识供应链上的重要组成部分,图书馆和出版社在知识服务领域寻找共同价值创新点是双方不容忽视的问题。在回顾价值共创理论及相关应用成果的基础上,详细梳理了馆社知识服务价值共创的构成要素,包括价值共创主体、价值共创客体、价值共创技术和价值共创环境四个方面,并阐明了价值共创推动馆社知识服务的发展方向。Knowledge service is not only the core ability of libraries,but also the key to digital transformation of publishers.As the important parts of knowledge supply chain,libraries and publishers cannot ignore to find value innovation in the field of knowledge service.Based on the review of value co-creation theory and related application achievements,the paper sorts out the elements of value co-creation of knowledge service between libraries and publishers in detail,including the subjects of value cocreation,the objects of value co-creation,the technologies of value co-creation and the environment of value co-creation.Finally,the article expounds the development direction of knowledge service between libraries and publishers under the promotion of value co-creation.
