摘　　要：随着中国特色新型智库建设的全面推进,作为学术媒体的高校学报,需要以新型高校智库建设为目标,凝练特色办刊方向,充分发挥学术期刊的社会功能,通过智库成果的传播,增强服务社会能力。在此背景下,地方高校学报应助推提升地方科研水平、助推形成地方特色学科优势、助推增强服务地方发展能力。目前,地方高校学报存在支持服务效能不够明显、承载保障效用不够突出、传播催化效果不够凸显等现实困境。为此,地方高校社科学报要依托地方特色,转变办刊理念,助推智库作用发挥;要对接地方需求,注重选题规划,提升智库服务能力;要构建合作机制,打造共享平台,增强智库传播效能。With the comprehensive promotion of the construction of a new type of think tank with China characteristics,university journals,as academic media,need to take the construction of a new type of think tank as the goal,concise the direction of running journals with characteristics,give full play to the social functions of academic journals,and enhance their ability to serve the society through the dissemination of think tank achievements.In this context,journals of local universities need to promote the level of local scientific research,form the advantages of local characteristic disciplines,and enhance the ability to serve local development.At present,the journals of local colleges and universities have some practical dilemmas,such as insufficient effectiveness of supporting services,inconspicuous effectiveness of guarantee utility and unremarkable catalytic effect of communication.Therefore,social science journals of local universities should rely on local characteristics,change the concept of running journals,and promote the role of think tanks;It is necessary to meet local needs,pay attention to topic selection planning,and improve the service capacity of think tanks;It is necessary to build a cooperation mechanism,create a sharing platform,and enhance the communication efficiency of think tanks.
