摘　　要：通过梳理中医经典名方异功散的古今文献,从方剂源流与组成、中药基原与炮制、方义功效、主治病证、煎服法及使用注意5个方面对异功散的历史沿革与关键信息进行整理与分析,为经典名方异功散的开发利用提供理论依据。By reviewing the ancient and modern literature on the classic traditional Chinese medicine formula Yigong San,we organized and analyzed the historical evolution and key information of Yigong San from five aspects:origin and composition of the formula,origin and preparation of traditional Chinese herbal medicines,explanation and actions of the formula,indications of the formula,decoction and administration methods,and cautions for use,for the purpose of providing a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the Chinese classic formula Yigong San.
