复方薄荷油滴鼻液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗病毒性感冒的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方薄荷油滴鼻液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗病毒性感冒患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分成对照组30例和观察组30例,对照组采用利巴韦林颗粒治疗,观察组在此基础上加用复方薄荷油滴鼻液外用治疗。治疗前后对两组的临床疗效、退热时间、中医证候积分、免疫功能进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(86.67%);观察组体温首次下降至低于37.5℃及体温下降后24 h不反弹的时间均低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)百分比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方薄荷油滴鼻液联合利巴韦林颗粒可提高病毒性感冒患者的疗效,缩短退热时间,改善患者免疫功能,适宜临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of compound menthol naristilla combined with ribavirin granules in the treatment of patients with viral cold.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with ribavirin granules,and the patients in the observation group were treated with compound menthol naristilla for external use on the basis of taking ribavirin granules.The clinical efficacy,antipyretic time,TCM syndrome score and immune function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.67%).The time of body temperature dropping below 37.5℃for the first time and the time during which the body temperature did not rebound after 24 h of decline in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the percentages of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound menthol naristilla combined with ribavirin granules can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with viral cold,shorten the antipyretic time,and improve the immune function of patients,which is suitable for clinical application.
