摘 要:以全混合厌氧反应器(CSTR)构建厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)系统,利用脉冲电源提供电场,考察室温条件下高氮负荷对Anammox脱氮效果的长期影响;通过酶标仪分析Anammox细菌中关键酶活性,阐释电场对Anammox细菌活性的影响。结果表明,电场能够强化Anammox细菌关键酶活性和脱氮效果,在11.38 kg/(d·m^(3))的进水氮负荷下仍能及时转化氮元素,增强脱氮效果,总氮去除率可以维持在85%以上。电场能够提升Anammox细菌活性,提高新陈代谢速率,降低高氮负荷对微生物细胞的毒性抑制作用,但过高氮负荷(15.93 kg/(d·m^(3)))的抑制作用将超过电场的促进作用,使亚硝酸盐等毒性物质累积,破坏细胞活性,导致Anammox脱氮效果降低甚至崩溃。The continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)was used to construct anaerobic ammonia oxidation(Anammox)system and pulse power supply was used to provide electric field to investigate the long-term effect of high nitrogen loading on denitrification performance of Anammox process under room temperature condition.The key enzyme activities of Anammox bacteria were analyzed by microplate reader to explain the effect of electric field on the activity of Anammox bacteria.The results showed that the suitable electric field could enhance the key enzyme activity and nitrogen removal effect of Anammox process.Even under the nitrogen loading condition of 11.38 kg/(d·m^(3)),Anammox could also transform nitrogen efficiently and enhance the nitrogen removal,with the TN removal rate remained above 85%.The suitable electric field could enhance the Anammox bacteria activity,increase the metabolism rate and reduce the inhibition of high nitrogen loading.However,the inhibitory effect of excessive nitrogen load(15.93 kg/(d·m^(3)))exceeded the promoting effect of electric field,so that nitrite and other toxic substances would accumulate and destroy the cell activity and reduce the nitrogen removal effect,even causing the Anammox process broken.
