产业集群与跨境电商协同发展的机理与路径研究——以长三角制造业产业集群为例

摘　　要：制造业作为长三角地区经济发展的支柱产业,目前还存在产业结构同构严重、高端制造能力不足等问题。与此同时,跨境电商正从消费领域向工业制造业领域渗透,跨境电商为制造业产业集群的创新发展提供了新的思路。针对长三角制造业产业集群的发展现状,分析了跨境电商与制造业产业集群协同发展的机理,并从政策保障、信息共享、物流升级、生态打造等方面提出了协同发展的路径。As the pillar industry in the Yangtze River Delta,the manufacturing industry still has some problems,such as serious isomorphism in the industrial structure and insufficient capability in high-end manufacturing.At the same time,cross-border e-commerce is infiltrating from the consumption field into the industrial manufacturing field,which provides new ideas for the innovative development of the manufacturing industry cluster.Therefore,aiming at the development status of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper analyzes the coordination mechanism between cross-border e-commerce and manufacturing industry clusters,and proposed the path for collaborative development from the aspects of policy guaranteeing,information sharing,logistics upgrading,ecological creation,etc.
