摘  要:【目的】为了得出走马胎最佳水分管理方式,便于指导农户种植走马胎,助力乡村振兴。【方法】利用盆栽的方法,通过称盆重,依次控制土壤水分为相对含水量75%~80%、45%~50%、25%~30%三个梯度,探索水分胁迫对走马胎生长及总皂苷的影响,分析了走马胎生长指标与生物量、总皂苷的相关性。【结果】随着土壤水分胁迫程度的加深,走马胎总皂苷含量呈现先极显著增加再极显著下降的倒“V”型变化,而株高、基径、生物量呈显著降低趋势。走马胎的株高、基径、根长、叶面积均与总生物量、根干重、茎干重、叶干重、根重比、茎重比、叶重比存在极显著性相关。此外,走马胎总皂苷含量与根长呈极显著正相关,而与基径呈显著负相关。【结论】土壤水分胁迫对走马胎的生长和总皂苷含量的积累均具有显著影响,种植走马胎时,要加强水分管理,以土壤相对含水量75%~80%为宜。【Objective】It provides guidance for farmers to plant Ardisia giantifolia staf by finding out the best water management method and assist in rural revitalization.【Method】Using the method of potted,cultivation,this paper explores the effect of water stress on the growth and total saponinsof the A.giantifolia by applying weighing to control three gradients of soil relative moisture content:75%~80%,45%~50%,and 25%~30%,and analyzes the correlation between growth indicators and biomass and total saponins of A.giantifolia【Result】The research results are as follows:(1)With the deepening of soil water stress,total saponin content of A.giantifolia shows an inverted"V"shaped change that first significantly increases and then significantly decreases,while the plant height,basal diameter,and biomass show a significant downward trend;(2)The plant height,basal diameter,root length,and leaf area of A.giantifolia are significantly correlated with total biomass,root dry weight,stem dry weight,leaf dry weight,root weight ratio,stem weight ratio,and leaf weight ratio.In addition,total saponin content of A.giantifolia was highly significantly positively correlated with root length,while it was significantly negatively correlated with basal diameter.【Conclusion】Soil water stress has a significant impact on the growth and total saponins of A.giantifolia.When planting A.giantifolia,it is necessary to strengthen water management,with a relative soil moisture content of 75%~80%as the appropriate level.
