长沙考古出土一批宋代卷木胎漆器的保护修复

摘　　要：宋代是汉代以后又一个漆器繁荣时期,但此前全国出土宋代卷木夹纻胎漆器数量较少。近几年来,湖南长沙科学发掘出土了多批宋代卷木夹纻胎漆器。在对36件漆器开展保护修复的过程中,发现其中多件书或刻有铭文,具有十分重要的文物价值。该批漆器存在饱水、糟朽、残缺和变形等病害。在选取多个漆器样品之后,对其材质、微观结构、含水率等进行科学检测,提取文物信息,评估保存现状,并且开展清洗、整形、脱水、拼接、胎体及漆面修复等工作,已完成全部36件漆器的保护修复,再现了文物原状。既为考古人员整理发掘资料提供支持,也为学界研究宋代素胎漆器提供了重要的实物资料。同时,保护修复该批漆器所总结的经验,还能为同类型漆器的保护修复提供参考。The Song Dynasty was another prosperous period of lacquer wares following after the Han Dynasty.There are few Song Dynasty wrapped-wood lacquer wares unearthed in China.In recent years,several batches of Song Dynasty wrapped-wood lacquer wares have been unearthed in Changsha city,Hunan province.During the conservation and restoration of 36 lacquer wares amongst them,inscriptions were found written or carved on several of the lacquer wares,making them extremely valuable relics.This batch of lacquer wares has several issues,including water saturation,rotting,damage,and deformation.After selecting multiple samples,these were tested and their component materials,microstructure,and moisture content were determined.After determining their preservation status,the wares were cleaned,restored,dehydrated,pieced together,and the main body and paint restored.All 36 lacquer wares were restored and now provide an important material source to assist archaeologists in the ordering of their finds and provide important material evidence for the academic study of Song Dynasty plain lacquer wares.The experience of conserving and restoring this batch of lacquer wares,can also provide future reference for work on lacquer wares of the same type.
