摘　　要：研究了轨道交通车站建筑设计的原则和人性化换乘的关键要素,从引入票务系统和自动售货机、利用科技手段两个方面提出换乘体验的改善策略,以充分利用站台空间,为乘客营造安全、便利、舒适的换乘环境,显著提升乘客的换乘体验和满意度。This paper studies the principles of rail transit station architecture design and the key elements of humanized transfer,and puts forward the improvement strategy oftransfer experience from two aspects:the introduction ofticket system and vending machine,and the use of scientific and technological means,so as to make full use ofthe platform space,create a safe,convenient and comfortable transfer environment for passengers,and significantly improve the transfer experience and satisfaction of passengers.
